Boulangerie was born in bustling New York City, our home for many years.
Now from Europe, our work has taken us across the old continent and as far as Kazakhstan, Hong Kong and India. And we loved every minute of it.
Currently we split our time between Spain, Italy and anywhere our projects take us.

R. Cortés
José Luis R. Cortés is a producer, director, DP and photographer, with extensive experience in film and television.
He began his professional career as a photographer and writer for important magazines in Barcelona and international media outlets in Miami and New York City. He ventured into the world of film producing, directing and working as Director of Photography in several documentaries and other collaborations.
In 2018, he released “The Bohemians”, his passion project and first film, based on Puccini’s La Bohème, and an ode to the struggling artists of yesterday and today.
A documentarist at heart, José Luis is working on a piece about operatic superstar Plácido Domingo’s recording of a Verdi album, a piece about the new generation of old and new winemakers in the Spanish Rioja region and other exciting projects.

María Rueda is an enthusiastic creative producer and communications specialist, with wide experience in multiplatform written and audiovisual content as well as stakeholder and audiences engagement.
She combines her corporate, multinational and PR background with her creativity. Passionate about arts and design, always curious and an avid learner, she takes any opportunity to discover new things.
